Focus on the Process

Knowledge or Money... Which comes first?
For right now, forget about the money. Our focus must be on learning the product and the business. The money will flow as a result of doing these first two things well. The structure is in place for that to happen automatically.

If you have chosen to build a team before the launch (Oct) then you will want to fill up your pipeline by putting a team in place during the next 4 weeks. Your back office site has archived prior conference calls for you to listen and learn. The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) are for your information regarding the product and the company. Knowledge is Power! So in order to build your team you will need to get as many people as possible to view the company pre-enrollment presentation. Do this by calling your friends, e-mailing them, using the internet to your best advantage, handing out Evolv tickets, etc.
Don't concern yourself with the Results but rather be attached to the Process. Not everybody is interested in this stuff. Expect that, but the key is inviting everyone so they can have the opportunity if they so desire. So if your process is to spend x hours per day learning the product and the business and x number of hours per day inviting people... try to be diligent in doing that work everyday. You may not see results right away but if you stick with the process, the results will come in time. Focus on the Process!
