Focus on the Process

Knowledge or Money... Which comes first?
For right now, forget about the money. Our focus must be on learning the product and the business. The money will flow as a result of doing these first two things well. The structure is in place for that to happen automatically.

If you have chosen to build a team before the launch (Oct) then you will want to fill up your pipeline by putting a team in place during the next 4 weeks. Your back office site has archived prior conference calls for you to listen and learn. The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) are for your information regarding the product and the company. Knowledge is Power! So in order to build your team you will need to get as many people as possible to view the company pre-enrollment presentation. Do this by calling your friends, e-mailing them, using the internet to your best advantage, handing out Evolv tickets, etc.
Don't concern yourself with the Results but rather be attached to the Process. Not everybody is interested in this stuff. Expect that, but the key is inviting everyone so they can have the opportunity if they so desire. So if your process is to spend x hours per day learning the product and the business and x number of hours per day inviting people... try to be diligent in doing that work everyday. You may not see results right away but if you stick with the process, the results will come in time. Focus on the Process!

So You Want To Get Paid Too!?!

I just got this from a higher up at Evolv. Look at what we can make representing the most awesome product in the world!

"I did some number crunching based on the information and the pay structure is extremely lucrative. I will go under some baseline assumptions for example. As we know from the last call, the cost for 1 case of 24 x 16oz bottles is $56. I am hearing that the distributors will need to purchase 2 cases per month ($112 investment). Don't stress! One because as distributors we also need to be users & believers in the product because that is our culture and #2 because the investment is a DROP in the bucket compared to what you will earn with just the minimum baseline. The assumptions and examples tied to the assumptions are for scale only & I can't guarantee you are already on track at this pont, but these are very conservative & easily achievable goals.

Assumptions:

1. $112 monthly investment per Distributor (2 cases of 16 oz evolv)

2. Each of us has 15 people/distributors enrolled personally or our preferred customers

3 Each of those 15 preferred customers enrolls just 5 people. (75 people/distributors)

4. Each of those 75 enrolls just 2 people/distributors (150 people/distributors)

Fast Start Bonus:

All first orders are paid as such

1. 25% of all sales of our direct/preferred customers. (15 x $112 = $1,680 x .25 = $420)

2. 10% of all sales from our 15 preferred customers. (75 x $112 = $8,400 x .10 = $840)

3. 10% of all sales from those 75 people (150 x $112 = $16,800 x .10 = $1,680)

*People, the first month at these very conservative requirements would mean that you could recieve an initial fast start bonus of $2,940. You invest $112 and use the product.

Monthly Retail Sales moving forward:

If you don't grow at all and just maintain your preferred base of 15 people

1. 20% of all sales of our direct/preferred customers. (15 x $112 = $1,680 x .20 = $336)

2. Bienary income from our 15 preferred customers 5 people plus their 2 people.

(225 people x $112 = $25,200 x .13 = $3,276)

*That would equate to a continued monthly income of $3,612

Not Real Savvy

I am not a marketing network expert by any means. Actually that last sentence proves it. It is network marketing not vise versa. ;-) This is actually my first serious attempt at starting my own business like this. I do, however, have some serious experience from a corporate view of product acceptability, marketing and sales strategies, and customer relations. I hope to fold that know-how into what I learn about this new found business.

The best way for all of us to learn is to take full advantage of the training and support from the leaders at Evolv. They have tremendous experience in this field, know what works and what doesn't. Start with all the conference calls. If you can't listen live, listen on line as they are available in your "back office". I have even started going back to past calls and am keeping a notebook so I'll have the data at my fingertips.

I just received a new book that was recommended by my sponsor about this new business. He says it is the best one out there. It is "Dare to Dream and Work to Win" by Dr Tom Barrett. So over the coming weeks I will take snippets from this book that may help us as we march toward The Launch!

New Idea

As I was driving home from the Post Office yesterday I noticed a brand new Lexus in front of me that had nice lettering in the back window that read "www.Heberalifeinfo.com" something like that. So I decided I wanted to talk to this person about Evolv. I followed her a couple miles until she stopped for gas. Perfect, I was hoping she wasn't going to her home as I would probably scare her to death. So I walked over and asked her where she got that nice lettering and told her I just started with a new network marketing company. She of course asked me which one so it opened up a great conversation about Evolv. She seemed to like the ground floor idea. I told her she might want to consider adding another line to her business. I also mentioned that our product could actually be used as a conduit for Herbal life that would help penetrate their vitamins and nutrients along with Evolv's to the molecular level thus increasing it's efficacy. (I am just using logic here) So here's the New Idea... Talk to existing network marketing people and see if they want to add a product line to their existing business. Why? They already have a distribution network in place!!

The Slogan

On Saturday's conference call, Jim Lutz gave us the new slogan that our CEO has evidently coined : "Changing the World One Sip at a Time". I like that. It has a nice ring to it. We can use that you or we can make up our own. I would like to steal the one from that tv beer commercial where at the end the guy says "Stay Thirsty My Friend!" Yea, that is the one I'm gonna use. What slogan ideas do you have?

Ticket Invitations Made Easy

As Jim mentioned in the conference call today we have the ability to print out invitation tickets.
Yesterday I went to my Back Office and clicked on Tickets. A fill-in menu appeared whereby I put my name and web address (You can put your phone number in or just leave it blank). A Pdf file is created with a page of 8 custom tickets to hand out. I started with 10 pages. It’s like a business card but is really an invitation to watch the video. Invitation is easier than solicitation (these guys have thought of everything). I saved it to my flash drive and went down to my local FedX-Kinko’s office. The lady suggested I upgrade the paper to 80 and use the color laser. They have a nice cutting machine there. So I walked out with 79 beautiful glossy tickets and I am on my way! (Yes, I left one ticket with the lady)
